The NTRC will be offering households in Dominica the opportunity to access Internet service via our Net4All programme , for a period of 1 year, in the first instance, at a cost of only $10.00 per month for 10Mbps.

The NTRC will be subsidizing the cost of Internet service for households that meet the following criteria:

•      Income less than $2,500
•      Household needs a helping hand

To be eligible to receive Net4All, a form must be filled out with the required information by a parent or guardian of a student. ALL criteria MUST be met.
